Telluride Colorado

Know Before You Go

Welcome back to Telluride!

We are committed to the safety of our employees, our guests and our community this winter, and will be following all San Miguel County and Colorado State guidelines. As a result, you will find a number of new COVID-19 protocols, policies and procedures in place at this time. These are subject to change as County and State requirements evolve, and we will adapt as necessary. We appreciate your patience as we navigate this ever-evolving situation.

Face coverings/Masks

Will be required when 6 ft of social distance cannot be maintained. This includes both indoor and outdoor spaces, except when eating and drinking, including but not limited to ticket sales outlets, lift lines, loading and unloading lift terminals, bathrooms, and food service outlets.

Masks and hand sanitizer will be available at various locations throughout the mountain including all base areas and ticket windows.

Mountain Sales: Advance purchase only

Contactless lift ticket and season pass purchases through advance purchase only. Same day ticket purchases will not be available.

Beginning September 8, local and previous winter season and multi-day passes will be available for purchase. In early October, new season passes, lift tickets and ski school products will be available for purchase.

Ski School: Advance reservation only

All ski school lessons will require advance reservations and pre-purchase.

Private Lessons will be available for full day, or morning/afternoon sessions for both adults and children. Group lessons will be available in half day sessions only, in small group formats: Max 2: 3-6 year olds, Max 3: 7-14 year olds, Max 4: adults.

Children’s Ski School will take place outdoors. There will be no indoor meeting or activities. Please prepare your child accordingly. All rentals will be “pre-packaged” and picked up outside. Children will be escorted into the building only for boot fit confirmation.

Food and Beverage On Mountain

To-Go options will be available wherever possible, and capacity will be limited so as not to exceed San Miguel County or State requirements. Touchless payment methods are available at all of our restaurants, so we encourage you to avoid bringing cash.

We will add extra outdoor seating at some of our locations. If a restaurant has seating, a minimum of 6ft spacing will be maintained between tables and groups.

Base Areas (Bottom of Lifts 1 & 10, Lift 4, Lift 7 and Lift 8) and Lift Lines

The maze queue will be extended to accommodate 6 ft distancing, and loading will be in singles, unless parties are related or skiing together. Ticket checking will be done at arm’s length with no guest/staff contact and all high-touch surfaces will be removed (map boxes, tissue boxes, etc.)
