What are the Ski Resort’s Winter Dates?

2020-21 Season Dates: November 26, 2020 – April 4, 2021
Winter operating dates are subject change due to weather, conditions, and/or unforeseen circumstances.

The resort intends to host its annual Donation Day on Wednesday, November 25 with proceeds from day ticket sales donated to the Telluride Ski & Snowboard Club.
Season passes not valid on 11/25/20.


Where can I pick up my Telluride Season Pass?

Pass holders from previous winters will have their passes re-activated upon the renewal of your pass for the 2020-21 winter season. If you cannot locate you pass, then please email us at passes@telski.com or contact us at (970) 728-7517.

For any new season or multi-day pass guests, pre-fulfillment options will be included in follow-up communications upon completing your purchase. We strongly recommend electing to have your season and/or multi-day pass card(s) pre-fulfilled and mailed to your address prior to arriving at the destination.

Walk-up redemption is strongly discouraged but is available at Mountain Sales locations in Heritage Plaza (Mountain Village), or the Oak Street and Pacific Street locations in Telluride. All Mountain Sales lobbies are not scheduled to open to the public this winter, interactions will be through ticket windows only.

The Oak Street Office is located at the Gondola Station Telluride, adjacent to base of chair #8.

PACIFIC STREET OFFICE – TELLURIDE
Winter Hours: 8AM – 4PM | DAILY | November, 26, 2020 – April 4, 2021
The Pacific Street Office is adjacent to the FREE Carhenge parking lot in Telluride at the base of lift #7.


Will daily lift tickets be available on the mountain?

Advance lift ticket purchase is required for the 2020-21 winter season in Telluride. If arrive in Telluride without securing a lift ticket, then there may be no remaining tickets for that day. Same day ticket purchase will be ONLY available online, when inventory is available.

WILL I BE ABLE TO REACTIVATE MY SEASON PASS FROM A PREVIOUS WINTER?

YES. Any season pass holder may reactivate a pass from previous winters. Upon renewing and executing the 2020-21 Season Pass Liability release your previously printed pass will be activated.


HOW CAN I SUBMIT A PHOTO FOR MY PASS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL?

Advance purchases for season and multi-day passes are required for this winter. We currently do not plan to offer photo taking at any of our Mountain Sales locations per operating exclusively through our Ticket Windows. To submit a photo prior to arrival please upload a photo on your online account or email us an image to passes@telski.com.


WHAT TYPE OF PHOTO CAN I USE FOR MY SEASON PASS?

• JPEG format, ideal file size is 500KB – 1MB
• Sorry, no hats, sunglasses, helmets, goggles, animals, other people, or miscellaneous objects
• The photo should be passport style, with your face looking straight forward


CAN MY SEASON PASS BE MAILED TO ME?

YES. All pre-season purchases will be automatically pre-fulfilled and mailed to your preferred address. Season pass photos will not be an option to obtain upon arrival at any Mountain Sales locations.


CAN SOMEONE ELSE USE MY SEASON PASS?

All season passes are NON-TRANSFERABLE, meaning the season pass product can only be used by the designated individual from the date of purchase.


HOW CAN THE TSG SEASON PASS LIABILITY RELEASE BE SENT?

The Season Pass Liability Releases MUST be completed prior to obtaining your purchased season pass. Pass holders under the age of 18 years old must have the release completed by their parent or legal guardian. All season pass purchases online require your electronic signature prior to completing the sale process. Any other method of purchasing a season pass product requires you to complete the liability link that will be sent to you via email or access the 2020-21 Season Pass Liability Release online now.


WHAT IS RESORT CHARGE?

Resort Charge is an added benefit that allows any pass holder to attach a credit card to their respective customer profile. No longer will you have to worry about having cash or credit cards. Simply utilize your Telluride Season Pass and Resort Charge as your method of payment. Resort Charge is required for all Direct-to-Lift (DTL) products (T Card, 3 Day Pass, 6 Day Pass, 10 Day Pass, Military Card, etc.)


IS RESORT CHARGE A SECURE METHOD OF PAYMENT?

Yes, your billing information is securely stored in our encrypted database. If you happen to misplace your pass, then simply contact any Mountain Sales representative to deactivate the resort charge feature.


WHAT DOES DIRECT-TO-LIFT (DTL) MEAN?

This is a feature of all Multi-Day Passes (i.e. T Card, 3-Day, 6-Day, 10-Day, Military Card, etc.) which allows the pass holder to simply go directly to the lift without having to add access days to their pass at the ticket office. A credit card is required to have within your customer profile in order to automatically bill the daily lift access at the discounted rate.


WHAT IF I WOULD NOT LIKE MY CREDIT CARD TO BE STORED WITHIN MY CUSTOMER PROFILE?

Unfortunately, to purchase and use any Multi-Day Pass product (i.e. T Card, 3-Day, 6-Day, 10-Day, Military Card) your billing information must be stored within your customer profile.


WHERE is RESORT CHARGE ACCEPTED?

Food & Beverage Locations: Tomboy Tavern, The Pick, Gorrono Ranch, Crazy Elk, Big Billie’s, Giuseppe’s, High Camp, Alpino Vino, & Bon Vivant

Mountain Activities: Ski & Snowboard School, Telluride Adventure Center, Nursery, and all Mountain Sales locations.


CAN I REQUEST A CREDIT FOR MY SEASON PASS?

Telluride Ski & Golf Resort does not consider refunds or credits for any unused season pass products once the winter season begins. However, we do offer Multi-Event Registration Insurance through Travel Guard, at a very low cost, to help protect your investment.


What is Multi-Event Registration Insurance?

Multi-Event Registration Insurance provides coverage for you and your Telluride ski pass investment when the unexpected happens. You can view a flyer on this product here or read a Full Description of Coverage here. Travel Guard season pass insurance is available to United States residents only. Multi-Event Registration Insurance is only available for Telluride pass products.


What if my season pass is lost or stolen?

Please contact the Mountain Sales office at (970) 728-7517 if your pass is stolen. All season pass reprints will include a $5 fee.


Can I purchase more than one TELLURIDE season pass for myself?

No, there is a one season pass product per person limit. For example, you cannot purchase a 10-Day Pass and a T-Card.


What is the age break-down for the various season pass options?

  • Palmyra Pass: 80 yrs+
  • Senior: 65 yrs to 79 yrs
  • Adult: 25 yrs to 64 yrs
  • Young Adult: 19 yrs to 24 yrs
  • Junior: 13 yrs to 18 yrs
  • Child: 6 yrs to 12 yrs
  • Toddler: 5 yrs and under
  • Military Card: 13 yrs +
  • T-Card: 13 yrs +
  • 3-Day: 13 yrs +
  • 6-Day: 19 yrs +
  • 10-Day: 19 yrs +

All ages are determined by the pass holder’s age on opening day, November 26, 2020.

Who are the participating Vail owned resorts where my 50% off lift ticket benefit is valid?

How do I redeem my 50% off lift ticket benefit at participating Vail resorts?

Advanced reservations will be required to purchase lift tickets at any Vail owned resorts for the 2020-21 winter. Day tickets will not be made available for reservation until after December 8, 2020. By then a process for partner pass resorts to access the reservation system will be established. Thank in advance for your patience.


ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS FOR REDEEMING THE 50% OFF LIFT TICKET BENEFIT AT VAIL OWNED RESORTS?

Partner resort day lift access is subject to availability for the 2020-21 winter at all Vail owned resorts. No single day tickets will be made available for purchase until after December 8, 2020.


Is the 50% off benefit transferable to my family and/or friends?

No, the discounted ticket benefit is only available to the individual whose name is on the Telluride season pass. Multi-day passes are not included in this benefit, only full season passes.


WHICH TELLURIDE PASSES QUALIFY FOR THE VAIL RESORTS 50% OFF TICKETS?

Telluride Season Pass Holders (Adult, Young Adult, Children, Junior, Senior, Platinum Member, Silver Member, & Merchant Passes) qualify for 50% off tickets at any Vail owned resort. Multi-day passes are not included in this benefit, only full season passes.


WHICH EPIC PASSES RECEIVE BENEFITS IN TELLURIDE?

Epic Pass holders and VR lifetime pass holders will receive 7 unrestricted days at Telluride and 50% off the current 1 day rate for additional days after the included 7 days have been used.

Epic 4 - 7 Day Pass holders will receive up to 4 to 7 unrestricted days at Telluride and 20% off the current 1 day rate for additional days after the purchased Epic 4 to 7 Day Pass have been fully used.

Epic Local, Epic Military, and any other Epic Pass are Excluded – NO benefits applicable to any non-qualifying Epic Pass.

All qualifying Epic Pass holders will use their VR issued Epic Pass media until all days are used – then the guest must contact the Telluride Mountain Sales team prior to redeeming their Telluride DTL discount card. These guests must email us a photo and call to provide their DOB, Billing Address, Email, Phone Number, and Credit Card billing information.

Where is the FREE parking?

Both Mountain Village and Telluride offer FREE parking! Any guest may park for FREE at the Mountain Village Parking Garage or the Meadows Lot adjacent to Big Billie’s. You may also park for FREE at the Carhenge Lot in Telluride adjacent to the Pacific Street Mountain Sales office. View Map
