Our Guest Service Center is located in Slopeside Lockers, across from the Village Express (Lift 4). Stop in to chat with our knowledgeable local staff for answers to any questions you might have regarding the Telluride Ski Resort, Mountain Village or Town of Telluride. This is a great place to pick up some sunscreen, a grab-and-go snack, or a beverage to keep you hydrated. The Guest Service Center is also the location for our Lost & Found.

Need a place to store your skis and boots overnight?
Located just steps from the snow and Village Express (Lift 4), underneath Tomboy Tavern. Lockers hold up to two pairs of skis and boots, while offering a warm and friendly atmosphere to begin and end your ski day.

Need an extra set of hands to help you carry your skis? More than 30 staff and community members make up this friendly group of local mountain hosts. Hosts greet guests in the morning at a variety of different locations including, Gondola stairs in the Mountain Village Core, The Peaks Resort, and Oak Street Gondola Station. Whether it's answering questions regarding mountain facts, current conditions, dining, special events, or simply for directions, our hosts have a wealth of knowledge to assist in any way possible. We are eager to assist you and your family with transporting your gear to the base of the ski lift. This is also a great time to grab a grooming report, trail map, or become informed about mountain updates for the day. In addition, Resort Hosts are stationed in the afternoon at a number of locations to assist you on your way home. Let us know how we can help!
Join us for Mountain Tours this Winter!
Get acquainted with our mountain while learning its history during this free tour led by our Resort Hosts. Departs daily at 10am from the top of the Coonskin Lift (Lift 7). Tour lasts for approximately 2.5 hours. At minimum, intermediate ski ability is required.
Join the tour at the top of Coonskin Lift (Lift 7). Tours are available as terrain permits.
