When does the Telluride Ski Resort open?

2017/18 Winter Dates are November 23, 2017 - April 8, 2018.


Where can I pick up my Telluride Season Pass or Mountain Collective Pass?

Any season pass product may be picked up at the Mountain Village Skier Service Sales office located directly beneath the Mountain Village Gondola Station or at the Coonskin Ticket office located in Telluride.

Where do I purchase my season pass online?

Go to https://store.tellurideskiresort.com/estore/ and click on the Passes link.


Will I be able to use my season pass from last winter?

Yes, any season pass holder 19 years and older may use last year’s pass as long as it complies with the pass photo policy (see next question) and you have completed a 2017-18 Season Pass Liability release. Child, Junior & Toddler passes all require a new photo, you may upload at the eStore, or emailed.


What type of photo can I use for my season pass?

  • Photo needs to be JPEG format, ideal file size is 500KB – 1MB
  • Sorry, no hats, sunglasses, helmets, goggles, animals, other people, or miscellaneous objects
  • The photo should be passport style, with your face looking straight forward
  • Photos that do not comply with the above rules will not be accepted

Can my season pass be mailed to me?

YES. After you have completed the TSG Season Pass Liability release you will save quality vacation time by submitting your pass photo(s) and having it mailed prior to arriving in Telluride. Hit the slopes rather than waiting in the ticket office!


Can someone else use my season pass?

No. It is clearly stated all season passes are NON-TRANSFERABLE, meaning the season pass product can only be used by the designated individual from the date of purchase.


How can the TSG Season Pass Liability release be sent?

All eStore season pass purchases require your electronic signature prior to completing the sale process. Any other method of purchasing a season pass product requires you to manually complete the liability release and submit it to the Skier Service Sales office via email, fax (970) 728-7521, or mail to:

The Season Pass Liability MUST be completed prior to obtaining your purchased season pass. Pass holders under the age of 18 years old must have the release completed by their parent or legal guardian.


What is Resort Charge?

Resort Charge is an added benefit that allows any pass holder to attach a credit card to their respective customer profile. No longer will you have to worry about having your wallet or purse, simply utilize your Telluride Season Pass as your method of payment at any Telluride Ski & Golf Resort point of sale.


Is Resort Charge a Secure Method of Payment?

Yes, your personal billing information is safely stored in our secure database. If you happen to misplace your pass, then simply contact the Skier Service Sales office to deactivate the resort charge feature.


What does Direct-to-Lift (DTL) mean?

This is a feature of all Multi-Day Pass (i.e. T Card, 6 Day, 10 Day, Mountain Collective) products that allow the pass holder to simply go directly to the lift without having to add access days to their pass at the ticket office. A credit card is required to have within your customer profile in order to automatically bill the daily discounted amount.


What if I would not like my credit card to be stored within my customer profile?

Unfortunately, to purchase and use any Multi-Day Pass product (i.e. T Card, 6 Day, 10 Day, Mountain Collective) your billing information must be stored within your customer profile.


What is Mountain Money?

Mountain Money is also an added benefit to any pass holder. Mountain Money can be applied to the respective customer profile, then the guest may use their season pass to access that money towards the purchase of products at any TSG point of sale. If you did not purchase a season pass product, then a Telluride Ski & Golf Resort Gift Card is a great option.

How do I request a credit for my season pass?

Telluride Ski & Golf will no longer consider a refund or credit for any unused season pass product. However, we are offering Multi Event Registration Insurance through Travel Guard, at a very low cost, to help protect your investment.


What is Ski Pass Insurance?

Multi Event Registration Insurance provides coverage for you and your ski pass investment when the unexpected happens​. view a flyer on this product or read a Full Description of Coverage. Pennsylvania residents please contact Travel Guard directly at (866) 385-4839 or purchase online.


What if my season pass is lost or stolen?

Please contact the Skier Service Sales office at 970-728-7517 in the case your pass is stolen. All season passes can be replaced once free of charge, after that there will be a $25 fee charged for each additional replacement.


Can I purchase more than 1 season pass for myself?

No, there is a 1 season pass product per person limit. For example, you cannot purchase a 10 Day Pass and a T Card.


What benefits are associated with my Telluride Season Pass PLUS purchase?

  • Four $75 Friends & Family lift tickets (no blackout dates, excludes Child and Junior Pass PLUS products)

  • Unlimited half-price tickets at all Mountain Collective resorts, including Aspen/Snowmass, Sun Valley, Taos, Jackson Hole, Mammoth, Alta, Snowbird, Snowbasin, Squaw Valley, and many more (no blackout dates)!

Does my T Card, 6 Day, 10 Day, Corporate, Ambassador, Air/Travel Agent Card come with Mountain Collective benefits?

No, only full season pass PLUS products are associated with the Mountain Collective benefits. Multi-Day products are not included.


How do I redeem my 50% off lift ticket benefit at Mountain Collective resorts?

Simply go to the ticket window at that destination and present your Telluride season pass plus. All tickets you purchase for yourself for the rest of the season will be 50% off the single-day ticket window rate for your age group on the day you ski.


Is the 50% off benefit transferable to my family and/or friends?

No, the discounted ticket benefit is only available to the individual whose name is on the Mountain Collective pass or Telluride season pass plus with Mountain Collective premium benefits.


Can I upgrade to a Pass PLUS and get the additional benefits before the season starts?

Yes, you may upgrade to a Pass PLUS product before the season begins on November 23, 2017.


Will you refund my Mountain Collective product?

No, all sales are considered final with no refunds, no credits, no rollovers, and all benefits being non-transferrable.

Are there any blackout dates for redeeming the 50% off lift ticket benefit?

There are no blackout dates associated with your Mountain Collective lift tickets.

You will receive two days of skiing at each DESTINATION, not MOUNTAIN. For example, you will receive two free days of skiing between Alpine Meadows and Squaw Valley, as those two mountains are the same destination. This is also true for the Aspen mountains (Highlands, Buttermilk, Snowmass and Aspen), the Mammoth Resorts (Mammoth Mountain, June Mountain, Bear Mountain, and Snow Summit), Coronet Peak | The Remarkables, and Sun Valley’s Dollar & Bald mountains.


Who are the participating Mountain Collective resorts where my 50% off lift ticket benefit is valid?

What is the age break-down for the various season pass options?

  • Palmyra Pass – 80 yrs+
  • Senior – 65 yrs to 79 yrs
  • Adult – 24 yrs to 64 yrs
  • Young Adult – 19 yrs to 24 yrs
  • Junior – 13 yrs to 18 yrs
  • Child – 6 yrs to 12 yrs
  • Toddler – 5 yrs and under

All ages are determined by the pass holder’s respective age on opening day, November 23, 2017.


Do you have ski lockers available for rent?   

Yes, we offer a variety of ski locker options at Slopeside Lockers, located in Mountain Village at the base of the Village Express Lift. Options include full season, daily or overnight locker rentals. Please contact 970.728.2719 for pricing information.


Where is the FREE parking?

Both Mountain Village and Telluride offer FREE parking! Any guest may park for FREE at the Mountain Village Parking Garage or the Meadows Lot adjacent to Big Billie’s. You may also park for FREE at the Carhenge Lot in Telluride next to the Coonskin Lift. View Map
