Dale Abraham is our award winning PGA Director of Golf & Instruction. He is a Golf Tips Magazine Top 25 Instructor, a Golf Digest Top Teacher in State, a two-time PGA Section Teacher of the Year (2013 and 2008), a PGA Certified Professional and Class “A” Director of Instruction who has dedicated his life to teaching full-time since 1996. His unique ability to quickly and accurately diagnose a player’s swing faults, as well as develop programs for improvement have made him one of the game’s most sought-after instructors. Dale is also an Aim Point Express Certified Instructor, a Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Level 3 Certified Golf Instructor, a TPI level 2 Certified Power Coach and a CHEK Certified Golf Biomechanic.
For 30 years now Carol has been teaching golf in California, Colorado, and for the last 11 years here in Telluride. Carol is an accomplished golfer who played competitively growing up. Now she strives to make the game of golf easy and accessible to anyone. Her popular Ladies’ Golf Camps in June & July are the perfect opportunity for ladies of all ability levels to improve their game. In her spare time she loves to cook and bake and she makes a mean barbeque sauce.

Strokes of Genius Junior Golf Program is offered to Telluride students 10-16 years old. This program, entering its 21nd season, continues to offer junior golfers the opportunity to learn and improve their golf skills while highlighting the life lessons golf offers: honesty, responsibility, hard work, and sportsmanship.
The 2015 Program offers 6 weeks of group golf clinics on Friday’s throughout the early summer and the opportunity to receive two ½-hour private lessons with the golf professional of their choice. Juniors who successfully participate in three or more of the clinics and meet the participation requirements are given complimentary access to both the practice facility and golf course for the duration of the summer season.
