The expectation of showing up, on time and ready to work is essential to our success of this team. As a guest service focused division, all team members must have excellent guest service performance at all times. This includes being well groomed, in a clean uniform (if your position requires a uniform) at the beginning of your shift. No food, drink or electronic devices are to be visible to any guest while at work. A team attitude is essential for these positions. We work as a team to ensure an excellent guest experience at every task. All team members are expected to review the Telluride Ski Resort employee handbook and be familiar with corporate policy (especially the technology policy when working on a computer). We ask that you actively engage in the training provided and ensure that you ask questions. Management is committed to answering all of your questions.
