...

“Year after year, the focus is on the zest of the place,” says Allred’s general manager, Mario Petillo. “This is what sets us apart and keeps the menu and our service fresh and on top of their game.”

And “zest” is not something they’re short on up at Allred’s. While the holiday celebrations at Allred’s book up quickly, it’s a perfect venue for a meal with your family or traveling companions no matter the time of year.

Executive Chef Mike Gorman, a Colorado native, is at the helm bringing back favorites like the scrumptious potato croutons, crispy shishito peppers, and incredible Colorado rack of lamb. You’ll find some of our all-time favorites as well as some new dishes to entice your taste buds.  In fact, this year, you’ll find more exciting flavors from the Rocky Mountains with Chef Gorman’s new dry-age program featuring a stunning bone-in buffalo ribeye and a bone-in bison ribeye that have been dry-aged to augment the flavor and make the top-quality meat even more tender.

Don’t fill up too quickly as dessert is a course you cannot forego at Allred’s. The restaurant’s new pastry chef, Jason Lemon, is looking to expand Allred’s dessert selection. Joining us for his first season in Telluride, Chef Lemon hopes to surprise and delight with a unique and decadent dessert menu with plenty of staples for mountain dining.

Allred’s is historically known for inventive cocktails such as the maple bourbon old fashioned and the apricot & habanero pisco sour, as well as an extensive wine program. Having been recognized by Wine Enthusiast for being one of America’s Best Wine Restaurants, Telluride Ski & Golf’s Wine Director, Andrew Shaffner takes pride in curating an incomparable wine selection. Looking forward to another spectacular season, Shaffner notes “our wine program continues to grow and evolve and we have never been more excited about the level of service and hospitality offered at Allred’s.”

Andrew mentions that guests can keep an eye out for new features on Allred’s expansive by-the-glass program including refreshing Greek wines, their always popular resort-exclusive local wines from Cortez, and one of the greatest collections of Port and aged Madeira in all of Colorado. Allred's continues to strive to be one of the greatest destinations for wine and dining in Colorado with their 1,200 bottle wine list, team of Certified Sommeliers, and some of the greatest featured wine pairings anywhere in the country - featuring Screaming Eagle, Staglin, Spottswoode, Sutcliffe, Rivetto, and Rodney Strong.
