Chef Jared Campbell drives a decadent French menu with selections like Specialty Crepes, French Onion Soup, Elk Sausage Cassoulet, and Desserts. Bon Vivant also features fine wine reflecting all the producing regions of France along with Trappist Beers and Hand Crafted Cocktails. Later in the afternoon partake in the “French Un- derground Après” with music and specials on food, wine & beer. To experience Bon Vivant is to live the good life. Bon Vivant is looking for professional culinarians to join a passionate team. Someone who loves the outdoors and can handle cold weather as well as sunny days. Wine knowledge is a plus as well as an interest to learn and work hard. This is a high energy workplace with some of the best food on the mountain. Must be able to Ski or snowboard to work.
Bon Vivant hires servers, back waiters, bussers, bartenders, hosts and all culinary positions in the kitchen.
