Director of Golf - Tim Fuhrer

We are pleased to announce the hiring of Tim Fuhrer as the new Director of Golf for the Telluride Golf Club.  Tim comes to us from the Haymaker Golf Course and Steamboat Ski & Resort Corporation, where he spent the past five years managing operations as First Assistant Professional.  Tim previously spent 11 years on the front range working at Castle Pines Golf Club and Cherry Hills Country Club.


Head Golf Professional - Chris Neylan

As an amateur, Chris played Varsity Golf for Boston College, and has qualified for numerous events across the Midwest (incl. the Illinois State, Northern, and US Amateur).  He is currently enrolled in the PGA Apprentice Program, and has instructed in Telluride for the past 15 seasons.  Chris oversees the Benchmark Jr. Golf Program, Men's and Women's Golf Camps, and is in his 12th summer as the Telluride Golf Club's Head Golf Professional.


Teaching Professional - Dan Smith

This Florida native is a lifetime member of the PGA of America, and has several PGA chapter and Section Championships under his belt. Golf Digest nominated him as one of the top 50 golf teaching professionals in California.
