The following questions and answers are designed to provide an understanding of the Telluride Ski & Golf Club and the membership opportunities available within the club.  As these questions are only summary, please feel free to contact our Membership Department at 970-728-7320.

What is the Telluride Ski & Golf Club?

The club is a unique club featuring golf, ski, spa, fitness, and social facilities for the enjoyment of its members.  The Telski facilities include golf facilities and Allred's Restaurant.  Members of the club will also receive ski passes (amount and type varies by membership level) to use at the Telluride Ski Resort.  Members will also have access to certain facilities at The Peaks which include spa, fitness, and swimming facilities.


What type of Memberships are available in the club?

The club offers two year-round membership levels: the Platinum and the Silver membership.  Each membership level offers varying benefits for the members based upon the level of benefits and the purchase price desired.


Is the club an equity or a non-equity club?

The Club is a non-equity club.  Therefore, members enjoys all of the facilities and services without any responsibility for assessments.


What are the Benefits of the Club?

Who owns the club facilities?

The club facilities are owned by TSG Ski & Golf, LLC, a Delaware limited liability corporation and the Blackstone Group.


What are the benefits of membership in the Golf Club?

Membership allows a member golf and golf club house privileges, which includes advance tee time reservations.  For additional Golf Club member benefits, visit the Membership Benefits Page .


Who may use the ski passes?

Platinum Members receive two fully transferable ski passes to be used by whomever the member chooses.  Silver Members receive two annually assignable ski passes.  The Silver Member may assign each pass one time per ski season to their immediate and extended family members who are defined in the membership plan.


What is the Membership Deposit and is it refundable?

The Membership Deposit is the amount necessary to join the club and is 100% refundable upon the resale of the membership as explained in the Membership Plan.


Can I sell my membership as part of a real estate sale?

Yes.  Subject to approval by the club, a member may transfer his/her membership along with the sale of member's real property located in Ouray, Dolores, or San Miguel counties as explained in the membership plan.


Will I continue to be a member after resignation but before being reimbursed for my membership deposit?

Upon resignation and payment of all amounts due to the club, your name will be placed on the "Seller's Waiting List."  Pending reimbursement of your membership deposit as explained in the membership plan, you have the choice to continue paying monthly dues, and therefore, continue to enjoy your member privileges until your membership is reissued.  Or, if you elect to not continue enjoying your member privileges, you will no longer be required to pay any monthly dies.


Will a member be charged any special assessments for capital improvements or operating costs?

No.  Other than the initial membership deposit and regular monthly dues, there will be no capital or operating assessments.


Are corporate or partnership membership benefits available?

Memberships may be issued in the name of a corporation or partnership.  The corporation or partnership must then designate one individual who would then be entitled to enjoy the membership privileges.


Will my family be allowed to use my membership?

Yes.  Your immediate family, which includes your spouse and your unmarried children under the age of 23, may use the club facilities in accordance with Rules & Regulations.


Will guests of a member be allowed to use the club facilities and the ski area?

Yes.  Depending on the membership level purchased, member-accompanied guests may use the club facilities upon payment of any applicable guest charges.


Is financing available to obtain a membership?

Yes.  Financing of the membership deposit will be conveniently be made available.  Details are available from the Director of Memberships.


Will there be monthly dues, and when are they payable?

Yes.  Monthly dues will be charged to club members.  The dues will be payable within 21 days of the billing.


If my membership is terminated, will my membership deposit be returned?

Yes.  Your membership deposit will be returned, in accordance with the membership plan refund policy.


Do the golf clubhouse facilities include a restaurant?

The golf clubhouse facilities do not include a restaurant; however, members will have full use rights to the operated by The Peaks adjacent to and upstairs from the clubhouse.   Members will also have the option of having food and drink served in the clubhouse.


What is the Allred's Private Dining benefit?

Located high atop the gondola, Allred's Restaurant serves Platinum and Silver members in a private dining environment during lunchtime in the winter.  Allred's Restaurant also provides a ski valet while dining, members slippers, and a private dining room for members' business luncheons and private parties.


Can members sell or transfer their memberships to other people?

No.  Memberships may only be obtained from the club and can only be transferred to or from the club.  All membership applicants are subject to approval by the club.


If I have already obtained a season pass, will I get a refund from Telski if I acquire a membership to the club?

Yes.  A refund of the amount paid for the season ski pass will be made by Telski on a prorated basis.
